The Administrative Assistant is responsible for the
management of the administrative aspects of the SSTARBIRTH Program,
working closely with the Program Director to assure appointments and
time-lines are kept, as well as representing SSTARBIRTH in a positive
manner. Provides supervisory support to Administrative Coordinator.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate gathering of data, information and materials for
Licensing, Grants and Reports
- Assist in preparations to meet Licensing Requirements and Inspections
- Research available funding sources; i.e. grants, foundations, donations
- Assist in preparation of grant applications and reporting
- Responsible for data entry into RIBHOLD, EARR, CCAP systems
- Serve as Liaison for DHS and trouble shoot issues
- Serve as Human Resource Department Representative for Sstarbirth employees
- Maintain personnel files
- Responsible for overseeing Petty Cash and the Checking Account
- Perform duties of Recording Secretary as needed
- Perform receptionist and/or secretarial duties
- Coordinate repair of computer systems for facility
- Assist Program Director as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
