The Opportunity: Trauma-Informed Clinician
In this role, you’ll work at the intersection of trauma,
mental health, and substance use, providing
compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals impacted by
intimate partner violence and domestic abuse.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Practice trauma-informed, empowerment-based care
- Lead impactful group and individual therapy
- Support survivors in regaining safety, autonomy, and healing
- Collaborate within a multidisciplinary, mission-driven team
Education & Experience
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, or social work.
- Clinical licensure, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT, preferred.
Licensure-track required.
- Prior experience in working with domestic violence, complex
trauma, and/or crime victims preferred.
- Strong knowledge of victim advocacy supports and resources.
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with other professionals.
- Sensitivity to diversity issues and a commitment to cultural competency.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese) a plus.
ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $68,000 - 80,000
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus for Independently Licensed Clinicians.
Sign-On Bonus: Available exclusively to candidates
with an active LICSW or LMHC at
the time of hire.
