About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven environment that integrates addiction medicine and behavioral healtth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality primary care services in an FQHC setting serving underserved communities
  • Participate in inpatient detox rounds as needed
  • Collaborate with clinical staff by supporting triage and patient care coordination
  • Contribute to mentoring and training of health professionals
  • Assist in the operation of specialty and off-site clinics
  • Engage in on-call rotation with fellow providers
  • Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
  • Partner with the Medical Director on clinical operations and best practices

Experience and Skills:

Education & Experience

  • Medical degree with current Massachusetts license.
  • Board eligible in family medicine required, Board certified preferred.
  • Previous experience in ambulatory care clinic preferred.
  • Experience managing patients with HIV and STD required; Infectious Diseases sub-specialty training preferred.
