About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care
Physician to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role,
you will provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient
population while contributing to a collaborative, mission-driven
environment that integrates addiction medicine and behavioral healtth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality primary care services in an
FQHC setting serving underserved communities
- Participate in inpatient detox rounds as needed
- Collaborate with clinical staff by supporting triage and
patient care coordination
- Contribute to mentoring and training of health professionals
- Assist in the operation of specialty and off-site clinics
- Engage in on-call rotation with fellow providers
- Participate in continuing education and quality
improvement initiatives
- Partner with the Medical Director on clinical operations and best practices
